Follow These Three Steps and Your Domestic Shipment Will be on Its Way
- Complete your order online using Web Trak or email your order information to your Account Manager.
- A NorthStar representative will then confirm your shipment.
- Please attach labels to every piece and print two copies of the bill of lading. Give one to the driver and keep one for your records.
Follow These Guidelines to Make Your Shipment a Success
- Include advance warehouse cut-off time and dates, and show-site move-in times and dates.
- Include exact dimensions per piece.
- Include emergency contact information such as cell phone number.
- Pack and label your shipment carefully. Each piece should have one label with the destination address, show name and booth number. Indicate pieces by numbering 1 of 10, 2 of 10 etc.
- If shrink-wrapped or palletized, place a label on each piece as well as outside on the shrink-wrap.
- Remove all old labels and re-label each piece with the destination address.
- Be sure that all pieces are securely closed and in good condition.
Shipping Instructions from Show-Site
- Confirm your outbound shipment(s) one business day prior to move-out. You may confirm your order online by logging in to your account or by contacting your NorthStar Account Manager at 800-787-1800.
- Complete the show decorator's official Material Handling Agreement. Indicate on this MHA form that NorthStar Express will be the outbound carrier.
- Once your shipment has been packed, labeled and counted, the completed Material Handling Agreement and the NorthStar Bill of Lading must be turned in at the show decorator's service desk.
