• Your show schedule for the upcoming show season
• An updated list of materials to be sent throughout the season
  - This includes pieces (names if possible), weights, dimensions per piece
• The correct contact person, contact info, and any address changes

And as needed, it is very important to notify us about any changes to your proposed show schedule, materials being shipped, contact person, and address changes.
